Chris received his degree in Political Science from Weber State. Realizing political science would take him only so far (pretty much nowhere) he joined the insurance and home mortgage industries. He loves any game that includes a ball but most of all loves playing with his three sons. Insurance licensed all over the country, mortgage licensed in Utah.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
